Jean Schlauch
As Senior Controller, Jean is responsible for day-to-day financial reporting, cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and intercompany & budgetary processes. She is in charge of planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial activities of the company. This includes direct responsibility for accounting, finance, payroll and forecasting, as well as for presenting and reporting accurate and timely financial information. Jean graduated Cum Laude from Far Eastern University, Philippines, with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, majoring in accounting. She currently holds a CPA license both in California and the Philippines and is an active member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. Prior to joining Cordia, Jean was the controller at SCI Real Estate Investments from 2006 to June 2019. SCI is one of the nation’s largest tenant-in-common sponsors with a real estate investment portfolio of 1.8 billion and over 150 property acquisitions since 1984. Jean spends her free time hiking, biking and walking on the beach with her husband and their sweet Yorkie “Nina.” She practices martial arts, having earned a blue belt in Taekwondo, and enjoys cooking her specialty dishes and decorating her home. She is an advocate for animals and likes to inspire others to reach their full potential.
Robert Vincent
Robert joined Cordia in 2010 and is primarily responsible for on-site management and supervision of management of commercial, industrial, multifamily and retail assets in Phoenix, Denver and California. Robert is an active member of BOMA and holds the Real Property Administration (RPA) designation. In addition to earning a degree in Applied Science and applying a strong and experienced mechanical background to the property management level, he graduated from Universal Technical Institute with an AAS in Automotive and Diesel Technology.
Kristin Leli
As Administrative Assistant / Office Manager, Kristin is responsible for managing the office as well as all administrative duties. This includes maintaining outlook calendars and contacts of executives, maintaining files, reviewing invoices, researching discrepancies, processing invoices, and assisting all staff as needed. Kristin is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a degree in Communication. She has a wide range of experience working in customer service, health administration, and office management.
