Our Team

Beth Long - Chief Financial Officer

As the Chief Financial Officer, Ms. Long is responsible for all accounting and investment financial reporting, as well as heading up Cordia’s financing activities. Prior to joining Cordia, Ms. Long was a Controller with the Watt Companies. She also spent time with a privately held firm, where she successfully led software implementation and business process improvement projects for companies such as Kaiser, Clorox and McKesson. She earned her Bachelor of Science degrees in Real Estate Finance and in Professional Accounting at Cal State University, Long Beach and is a California-licensed C.P.A. and a Certified Private Wealth Advisor (CPWA®). Ms. Long also earned a Project Management Certificate from the University of California, Berkeley.

Nick Nikoghosyan - Vice President, Investments & Portfolio Management

Nick joined Cordia in 2014 and is primarily responsible for Cordia’s acquisitions, dispositions, finance, and overall portfolio management activities. Nick has extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions and real estate investment advisory business. He started his career at Lazard Middle Market as an Acquisition Analyst in Lazard’s Los Angeles office. Prior to joining Cordia, Nick was with Cliffwater, an alternative investments advisory firm providing advisory services to pension funds, endowments, and foundations. He graduated from UCLA with a dual degree in History and Economics and a minor in Accounting with Honors distinction.

Ryan S. Higgins, CCIM - Leasing & Marketing Manager

As Cordia’s leasing and marketing manager Ryan is responsible for all leasing related activities, sourcing of future acquisitions, and the general promotion and marketing functions of the company. Ryan graduated from the University of Denver with a dual major in both Real Estate and Construction Management.  Over the course of his career he has represented a number of institutional, Fortune 500, regional, and non-profit organizations. Ryan holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and is a past recipient of the Costar Power Broker Award.  He is a current member of Denver Commercial Association of Brokers and a former board member of Realtors® Commercial & Industrial Society (RCIS).

Robert Vincent, RPA - Asset Manager

Robert joined Cordia in 2010 and is primarily responsible for on-site management and supervision of management of commercial, industrial, multifamily and retail assets in Phoenix, Denver and California. Robert is an active member of BOMA and holds the Real Property Administration (RPA) designation. In addition to earning a degree in Applied Science and applying a strong and experienced mechanical background to the property management level, he graduated from Universal Technical Institute with an AAS in Automotive and Diesel Technology.

Lauren Stratton - Senior Property Accountant

As the Senior Property Accountant Ms. Stratton is responsible for paying all the bills, recording all cash receipts, and wire transfers along with reconciling all DGT accounts.  Ms. Stratton also responsible for recording quarterly depreciation/amortization of fixed assets and reconciling intercompany activity.  With a hands-on approach she works closely with her colleagues, vendors, and property managers.   Ms. Stratton is a 1986 graduate of the University of Southern California with a degree in Business Administration.  Besides property accounting she has over 20 years working in business management managing the business and financial affairs of high net worth and high net income clients, many of whom are in the entertainment industry including screenwriters, actors, musicians, composers, producers, directors, and writers.

Vyoma Kumari - Office Manager

As the office manager Ms. Kumari’s primary responsibility is over the administrative operations of the companies.  This includes maintaining outlook calendars and contacts of executives, collecting and sorting mail, typing letters, creating forms, documents & spreadsheets, reviewing invoices and researching discrepancies as needed, tracking tenant insurance expiration dates and assisting all staff members and executives with travel arrangements. Along with that, Ms. Kumari prepares and distributes the monthly newsletter, facilitates the production of board reports for quarterly board meetings and maintains the company’s website. Vyoma earned her Bachelor of Arts from California State University, Long Beach and graduated Magna Cum Laude. Vyoma has a wide range of experience working in customer service, guest relations, insurance, non-profit, training and event planning.

Katrina Lyter - Analyst

Katrina joined Cordia in 2017 and is responsible for the development and management of proforma models and sensitivity analyses to support underwriting of new acquisitions as well as financial analysis and reporting for existing assets. Katrina also supports the asset management team by assisting in property-level budgeting and helping to facilitate the yearly forecasting review and consolidation. Katrina earned her BSBA from Boston University her professional experience includes Big 4 public accounting and Fortune 500 Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis.
